ok, its great concept, but 2 full audioch for 16 smooth controller?
why not the steinberg VSTlink-concept (24bit datamode) <midi over audio>

Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable Packages für Visual Studio
is very bad for my old system.
i work with many cool oldschool-stuff, the system is now destroyed... :(
must roll back
sorry, i'll probably continue to use my "vsti-to-midi-map",
but scopesync stays in my focus ;)
64bit?

ron

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with the redistributable Ron.

I too have a couple of old XP systems here. I guess I'm maybe lucky in that I've had no issues with either vcp120 or indeed the vcp100 installed with Scope / SDK 5.

ScopeSync currently supports up to 128 controls at 31bit resolution plus MIDI pass through per pair of audio channels. More info here - http://bcmodular.wikispaces.com/ScopeSync

...and here - http://www.scopesync.co.uk/

The VST plugin posted here is an initial test version with a limited number of controls. We expect the next ScopeSync VST release to be much more capable ;)

Really sorry to hear the redistributable package caused problems on your machine. Surprised it would have that effect, given it's standard Microsoft software used by millions of people, but that's not always a guarantee!!

Anyway, as sharc mentioned, the next version of the VST will have a lot more functionality and I think you'll find it more interesting :)

You'll definitely be able to recreate the VST you screenshot-ed above using the new version, as it has support for custom layouts. We hadn't planned to include support for mapping arbitrary MIDI parameters, but that could be a good idea for us to add. I'll have a think about whether that would be easy to include. At the moment it will be limited to controlling modular patches that incorporate ScopeSync modules, or Scope devices that have ScopeSync support built in (none as yet).

 i've been using it already
remote control to other devices over bcmodular with transform and morph modules...
(remote control bcmodular with scopesync + generic midi controller...great combi in the future)

not on the machine, but many old tools and vst´s do not run :| (no more support)
can you program it for winxp x86 on an old visual c++ 2005 or 2008...
that would be really wonderful
